Kotono Mitsuishi is a Japanese voice actress, actress, singer, and narrator who has worked with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow. She has recently been working on her own account. Kotono Mitsuishi was born in Toda, Saitama Prefecture, on December 8, 1967, and grew up in Tokyo, Japan. Mitsuishi was raised in Nagareyama, Chiba. She completed high school and enrolled at Katsuta Voice Actor’s Academy in 1986.
