Keiji Fujiwara was a Japanese actor and voice actor. His most well-known roles are Shinnosuke’s father Hiroshi Nohara in the long-running anime series Crayon Shin-chan, and Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist, Holland in Eureka Seven, Axel in Kingdom Hearts, Leorio in Hunter × Hunter, Shiro Fujimoto in Ao no Exorcist, Shingo Shoji in Initial D, and Esidisi in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency.

He returned to Tokyo at the age of 18, where he enrolled in the Bungakuza acting school. He worked as a construction laborer and a theater actor during the 1980s. In the early 1990s, he got his first voice acting job at Ken Production. Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi was his debut on TV as a regular, but it was Hiroshi Nohara in Crayon Shin-chan that made him famous.

In November 2006, after leaving Ken Production, he started his own talent agency, Air Agency. The firm continued to produce original drama and situation CDs through its subsidiary Air Label. In addition to producing live events, he has worked as a sound director. In 2010, Fujiwara made his debut as a sound director in Kakkokawaii Sengen!

Since 2008, he has been a frequent guest speaker at the Japan Newart College.

Air Agency announced in August 2016 that he was on a hiatus to receive medical treatment for an ailment that was yet to be specified. In June 2017, he resumed his career. On April 12, 2020, Fujiwara succumbed to cancer.
