Sabitha Anand is an Indian actress who has worked in Tamil and Malayalam films and shows. She was one of the main actresses in the 1980s. She is the daughter of Jacoob Abdu Rahman Anand, a Malayalam film actor who performed during the 1960s and 1970s. Sabitha Anand was born in 1965 to Malayalam actor Jacoob Abdu Rahman Anand and Parvathy.

She has a brother named Samir. Sabitha made her acting debut at the age of six, playing a minor role in the film Chemmeen (1965). She made her Tamil filmmaking debut in 1980 with Kalla Kulla, which was directed by C. V. Sridhar and became a success. She then appeared in many more Tamil films, including Murattu Kaalai (1980), Pokkuveyil (1981) and Paava Mannippu (1981).
