Joemon Joshy – Joemon Joshua, known as Joemon Joshy, is a Malayalam film and television actor who was born on September 2, 1988, in Ernakulam, Kerala. He is the son of Tessy Joshy and Joshy. He completed his secondary education at C.M.E Public School in Ochanthuruth and Little Flower High School in Narakkal. Joemon attended Bharath Matha, Mary Nakkakal, and Thrikkakara College in Ernakulam for his journalism degree.

During his school days, Joemon was a frequent participant at the Kalotsavam events. He performed Drama, Mimicry, Arbana Mutt, Mono Act, Mime, Duff Mutt, and other similar acts. He won three times for Best Art Direction at the sub-district level as a child actor. As a young artist, Joemon began his acting career.

In 1999, he made his debut on the silver screen as Vinu in K.P Venu’s film ‘Puraskaram.’ The youngster caught the attention of the audience with his acting skills and appealing style of speech delivery.

He played character roles in the films such as ‘Sahayathrikakku Snehapoorvam’ by M. Shankar, in which he was Maniyanpilla Raju’s son, and ‘Cover story’ by G. S. Vijayan, where he was Nedumudi Venu’s grandson. In 2010, Joemon starred in adult films such as ‘Pokkiri Raja’ by Vysakh and Major Ravi’s ‘Kandahar,’ both of which he played Gopi. He also acted in Prashanth’s ‘Pusthakam’, playing Anoop. In 2013, he appeared in Binoy George’s film titled “Omega.exe.”

In 2014, Imri worked in Suresh Nair’s comedy fantasy film ‘Medulla Oblangata.’ He played Saleem in the 2015 family comedy-drama ‘Bhaskar The Rascal’ directed by Siddique.
