Anas Rashid is an Indian actor who appears in Hindi-language television programs. He became famous for his portrayal of Prithviraj Chauhan in the historical series Dhriti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan (2006–09). His portrayal of Sooraj Rathi in soap opera Diya Aur Baati Hum placed among the most-viewed Indian shows.

He was educated in an Urdu-medium school and holds a master’s degree in psychology. He is fluent in Urdu, Arabic, and Persian. He is also a well trained singer. He also won the title of Mr. Punjab in 2004.
He made his debut onscreen in the Star Plus drama Kahiin To Hoga as Karthik Ahluwalia.He went on to appear in the drama Aise Karo Naa Vidaa, which was a minor part. He is best recognized in India as Prithviraj Chauhan, the young king of Delhi who successfully defends his kingdom from the invading Sultanate of Ghor. Anas was cast as the male protagonist in Diya Aur Baati Hum, where he played Sooraj Rathi. He also performed in one of the show’s songs. Diya Aur Baati Hum was a highly rated Indian television series. His work in the series earned him widespread attention as well as several honors.
In 2018, he made his feature film debut in the Punjabi film Nankana, starring Gurdas Maan.
He has worked on many television shows, including Kahiin to Hoga (2006-07), Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa (2006-07), Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan (2006-09), Aise Karo Naa Vidaa (2010), Diya Aur Baati Hum (2011-16), Tu Sooraj, Main Saanjh Piyaji (2017).
