Yukari Tamura is a Japanese voice actress and singer who is affiliated with Amuleto (formerly Arts Vision and I’m Enterprise). She made her debut as a voice actress in 1997, releasing her debut single ‘Yuki o Kudasai’ on March 26, 1997.

Because of her gentle voice, playful personality, and longevity in the industry, she is widely known as Yukarin by her fans. Several of her albums have been used as opening and closing themes for anime series; some have even topped the Oricon 100 singles and album charts.
In the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, she played the part of Nanoha Takamachi and as a result, her popularity rose. Several of her singles particularly Little Wish: Lyrical Step, Spiritual Garden, and Hoshizora no Spica were used as the anime’s end.
On January 1, 2007, Tamura’s talent management firm went from Arts Vision to I’m Enterprise, a sister company of Arts Vision, and on April 1, 2007, the name of Tamura’s record label was changed from Konami to King Records. However, because Konami’s record production is handled by King Records, there was no material impact on Tamura. She is also known for narrating Japanese anime satellite television network Animax.
Tamura’s management agency announced in February 2016 that a concert originally planned for 2015 during a Niconico live streaming would be postponed. Her management also stated that her fan club would be sold, and her radio shows would come to an end. Her company’s social media accounts would be shut down, and her website would go offline for maintenance.Her management announced on February 13, 2016 that her deal with King Records would conclude on March 20, 2016.
