Sunita began her career in Tamil TV in 2010, with the fifth season of the show Jodi Number One. She finished fourth in Season 5 of Jodi Number One and was a member of Team Joti (in Season 6) and Team Nidaan (in Season 7). She completed her studies at Montfort School in Guwahati before going on to Cotton College for her bachelor’s degree.
