He studied further and eventually became an officer in the BSNL. He served in Secunderabad as part of his employment, living in Sangareddy. This was when he came into contact with several stage troupes that perform stage dramas. He gained entry to Amrutham TV series as a result of this performance.

He has directed plays and short films. Naripeddi is a comedian who sometimes uses humor to highlight society’s dark side. He is well-known for his portrayal of Appaji in Amrutham TV drama, which revolves around an old man who adopts a widow’s baby boy and raises him as his grandson.

His television work includes Amrutham (2001-2007), Ammamma.com, Nanna, Manga Taayaru, Radha Madhu, and Amrutham Dhvitheeyam (2020–2021) among others.
