Raghuvaran is a Tamil dubbing artist. When Raghuvaran was just six years old, he began his career in the Tamil film and television industry as a dubbing artist. His parents, who are both prominent musicians in the field, made it easy for him to spend much of his youth in recording studios.

Even though Raghuvaran has spent decades in the dubbing business, he gained a lot of online popularity for being the voice of Shinchan, from the renowned Japanese show Shinchan. Raghuvaran notes that his overnight celebrity is unusual, as dubbing artists are generally behind the scenes and are not given much credit.
