Pujitha’s father Devaraju was an officer in the Indian Army, while her mother was a school principal. She created a Kinder Garden at Sarvadha Sishu Niketan in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She was born and raised in several parts of India, where she completed her primary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Then she studied English Literature and Journalism and Mass communication at PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore.
Pujitha Devaraju played Neeta Ramchandhani in the Indian Tamil-language crime thriller web series November Story for Hotstar Specials, directed by Indhra Subramanian. The series also stars Tamil film actress Tamannaah and actor Pasupathy in the lead roles. The show is produced by Vikatan Televistas, a subsidiary of the Vikatan Group. It was released on Disney+ and Hotstar on 5 February 2021.
