Piyali Munsi is an Indian actress who has worked in television programs such as Radhakrishna, Prithvi Vallabh, Pavitra Bhagya, and Kasautii Zindagi Kii. She began her career with the Bengali movie Rangeen Godhuli. Piyali has been acting for almost 12 years. She is originally from Kolkata.
She was born on August 30, in Santoshpur, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Piyali is mostly known for her work in television serials. She made her film debut with Bengali movie Rangeen Gudhooli in 2008 and Hindi TV with Jai Jag Janani Maa Durga in 2012.
As an actress, she became well-known for her performance in the TV series “Siya Ke Ram”, in which she played the part of “Mandodari.” She is currently playing the part of “Saraswati” in &TV’s mythological drama series “Santoshi Maa,” which has aired. Piyali played Raja, a beautiful girl who falls in love with Tenali Raman (Arya). Piyali also appeared in Sab TV’s Tenali Raman Serial playing two roles.

She relocated to Mumbai after working in the Bengali film industry for a few years and modeling for a few more.. Piyali began her career on television in 2013, when she was cast in the Colors series Jai Jag Janani Maa Durga. She has acted in numerous TV programs including Durga, Siya Ke Ram, Prithvi Vallabh, Tenali Rama, and Sasural Simar Ka among others. Piyali studied at Hazra Law College in Kolkata, West Bengal, and graduated from Bhudeb Smriti Vidyapith High School in West Bengal. Piyali has a sister named Paramita Munsi who is a Bengali film director.
