Nithin Kumar Reddy, better known as Nithiin, is an Indian film actor and producer who primarily works in Telugu cinema. He has received one Filmfare Award and two nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu, in addition to his numerous accolades.

He went to school at Geetanjali School and Ratna Junior College, where he completed his intermediate education. He graduated from Shadan College of Engineering and Technology, Gandipet with a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering.
Gunde later became a producer and worked on two films with his father: Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde and Chinnadana Nee Kosam. Nithin has added an extra “i” to his name and spells it Nithiin. Nithiin was engaged to Shalini Kandukuri in 2020. On July 26, they married at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. The marriage was originally planned for April 16, in Dubai, but it was delayed due to the nationwide lockdown restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Following his 2004 film Sye, directed by S. S. Rajamouli, Nithin has appeared in a number of films, including Dhairyam, Agyaat, and Seeta Ramula Kalyanam. However, none of them were commercially successful. Nithiin is also the first Telugu actor to have made 12 consecutive flops (date of release, dubbed version, remakes and extended version) since his debut in 2008. With 2012 Vikram Kumar-directed romantic drama Isha, he achieved success after many years.
Nithiin acted in the film A Aa (2016), written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, playing opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Anupama Parameswaran. The movie was a commercial success for Nithin.
In 2017, Nithiin took on the role of a detective in LIE, which was produced by Hanu Raghavapudi. Critics gave it average reviews and it did not do well at the box office. Nithiin’s next film, Chal Mohan Ranga, directed by Krishna Chaitanya and co-starring Megha Akash released in 2018. The film was a financial failure.
Nithiin worked with director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti on Check (2021), co-starring Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Prakash VarrierHis second release of the year was Rang De, a thriller directed by Venky Atluri and co-starring Keerthy Suresh.On 17 September 2021, he released his third film of the year, the black comedy crime thriller Maestro on Disney+ Hotstar.
