Mohan Ayroor is an Indian film actor who was born on September 13, 1959. He is one of the prominent figures in the Mollywood film industry. He was born in New Delhi and grew up in Kuriyannoor and Ayroor, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. His father, K.P. John, was in the Indian army while his mother, Saramma John, taught at M.T.H.S Mathappara Ayroor.’ Mohan is married to Usha since 1986 and has three daughters: Punjiri,’ Panjami,’ and Paurnnami.’
Mohan Ayroor Biography
At the age of seven, he made his first appearance on stage in a school production. Later, he wrote and directed drama for which he received the Best Director’s prize at his high school. He performed in many plays while attending college and was named Most Excellent Comedian by St. Thomas College. At All Kerala Balajana Sakhyama, Kerala State Festival in 1977, he won first place for his mono act, mimicry, and fancy dress.

After graduation, he moved to Mumbai and joined a drama troop known as ‘Adam Theatres,’ where he did several plays with important director Anthaappa Pullan.
