He is an Indian first-class cricketer and the captain of Haryana in the Ranji Trophy. harshal is a 30-year-old young Bowler and good at Bowling. A right-arm seamer with an effective slower ball and famous for Right-arm fast-medium. His father Vikram Patel Works with Prime Flight Aviation and his Mother Works at Famous MNC Dunkin Donuts and has an elder brother Tapen Patel or young sister Archita Patel.

Harshal professionally a Well Known Cricketer (Right-arm medium bowler) debuted against Delhi after then he came into fame when he strokes a five-for in a flat batting track in Bangalore. Harshal taking a brilliant eight wickets for just 34 runs in the next game against defending champions Rajasthan. He became the first Haryana player since 1991 to catch the selectorial eyes with his performances. In the 2012 IPL auction, Patel was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Harshal is a great Performer in Right-hand Fast bowling and an expert in Right-handed Batting.
At the age of 8, Harshal started training in respect of learning Cricket under the counseling of Tarak Trivedi.
In the Year 2008, he joined the Aggressive Cricket club and joined the Cricket League of New Jersey (CLNJ).
In 2009 he got selected in the Gujrat Cricket team and Made his debut on his list Debut in Vijay Hazare Trophy against Maharashtra at Rajkot, Gujrat.
