Tina’s family came to Delhi when she was in 7th
Her mother and father both had cracked the UPSC Indian Engineering Services(IES).
She obtained 100% marks in Political Science and History in the 12th Standard Board Exams (ICSE).
She used to study 9-12 hours for her IAS Preparation.
She is a good debater since her childhood and was also the Vice Speaker of the Youth Parliament in the year 2012.
In the year 2016, she cracked the IAS Exam (UPSC 2015) in her first attempt only. She obtained 1063 marks out of 2025 i.e. 52.49%.
Tina and Aamir first met at the IAS felicitation ceremony in 2015 at the DoPT office in Delhi and fell in love during their IAS training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie.
Her first preference was Haryana cadre because she wanted to work for women’s empowerment. But, the 2 vacancies in the Haryana cadre were already given to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, after which she got the Rajasthan cadre which was her 2nd preference.
Her dream is to become a Cabinet Secretary for the Government Of India.
Her mother sacrificed her job for Tina’s career, therefore her role model is her mother.
