Sangeetha began her career at the age of 14 in 1994, when she appeared in Telugu film Prema Jeevulu, which was directed by Jayanth C. Paranjee’s film, and it went on to become a blockbuster. Since then, Sangeetha has acted in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi films. She has acted in films such as “Anandam”, “Aalavandhan”, “Pandurangadu” and “Shirdi Sai”.
