Premi Viswanath – Premi Vishwanath is an Indian actress from Kerala who has appeared in many Malayalam and Telugu television programs and films. She’s best recognized for her portrayal of Karthika/Karthu in the soap opera Karuthamuthu, which aired on Asianet and also as Deepa in the Telugu series Karth. Premi Vishwanath was born in Edappally, Ernakulam District on December 2, 1991. Her mother is the popular choreographer and costume designer Kanchana Viswanath while her father is a businessman who owns a jewelry shop. She has a younger brother named Siva Prasad.

Premi Completed her education from the GEMS Edappally branch, Ernakulam. She completed her degree in Physiotherapy at the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University and before entering into the film industry she worked as a physiotherapist in a corporate hospital in Bangalore.
