Manikuttan, or “MK,” is a Malayalam film actor who has worked in the industry for many years. He was recognized for his portrayal of Kayamkulam Kochunni in the well-known Surya TV series Kayamkulam Kochunni in 2004. For many years, he belonged to the Kerala Strikers team in the Celebrity Cricket League. In 2021, he won Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3’s title.
He was born in Nalumukk, a hamlet near Kudappanakunnu and Peroorkada in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. He went to St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School in Pattom and studied B.Com at Mahatma Gandhi College in Thiruvananthapuram before dropping out to pursue an education abroad.

He made his acting debut in the television series Kayamkulam Kochunni, which aired on Surya TV. nHis first film was Varnachirakukal. He played the leading role in the student film Oru Peelekanenta Oormakke produced by Mahatma College, Thiruvananthapuram in 2004. His feature film debut occurred in the Malayalam drama Boy Friend (2005), directed by Vinayan.[5] He has appeared in several blockbusters, including Mamangam (2019) and Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea (2021).

In 2021, he made his debut as a Malayalam reality television personality on the Asianet channel’s third season of Bigg Boss Malayalam.
