Hugh Jackman AC (popularly known as Hugh Jackman) is an Australian actor. He began his career on stage and in television, and subsequently landed his big break as Wolverine / Logan in the X-Men film series (2000–2017), for which he holds the Guinness World Record for “longest live-action Marvel superhero career.” Jackman received a 2004 Tony Award for Best Performance in a Musical for his performance as The Boy from Oz on Broadway.
