Parvin Dabas is an Indian film and television actor, director, and model who has predominantly worked in Hindi and English films. Parvin Dabas was born on July 12, 1974, in Kanjhawala, Outer Delhi. He went to Modern School Vasant Vihar and Hans Raj College at the University of Delhi for his primary and secondary education.

He made his debut in the Malayalam film Dillagi and played a key part in Ayyappantamma Neyyappam Chuttu alongside Antara Mali. His first major film as an actor was Monsoon Wedding, which Mira Nair directed and in which he has appeared in over 10 Bollywood features. Tumse Milkar is a film with Reshmi Ghosh.
Later, he established himself as a prominent actor in Bollywood with movies such as The Hero: Love Story of a Spy and Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara, among others. He was praised for his work. In 2005 he made a cameo appearance (as Sudhanshu) in the STAR One series Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai TV episode directed by Deven Bhojani.

He made his directing debut with the film Sahi Dhandhe Galat Bande (Right Businesses Wrong Guys), which opened on August 19, 2011. He was given a bronze palm prize at the Mexico International Film Festival in 2011 and a Silver Remi Award at Worldfest Houston 2011 (Houston International Film Festival).
