After Kabani, Anshitha signed playing the female lead in the serial, “Koodevide.” Koodevide is the remake of Mohor, a Bengali serial that premiered on Star Jalsha. It is also remade in Kannada as Sarasu, Telugu as Guppedantha Manasu, Hindi as Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani, Tamil as Kaatrukenna Veli, and Marathi as Swabhiman Shodh Astitvacha. Koodevide started premiering on Asianet on 4th January 2021. Anshitha plays the role of Surya Kaimal, a student who wishes to become a teacher. , Krishnakumar and Sreedhanya share the screen space with Anshitha in Koodevide. The serial story was written by Leena Gangopadhyay and directed by SS Lal. Anshitha pairs Bipin in this serial, and this pair has a separate fan base. Due to the lockdown, the shooting is halted. Following this, some rumor mills posted on social media that Anshitha quit the series. The actress took it to her Instagram handle and clarified it as fake, and confirmed that she continues as Surya in the serial and revealed the reason for the delay in shooting.
