Zuhair Haddad is an Arab-American actor and voice actor who has worked in cinema, television, and theatre. His film credits include “The Pursuit of Happyness,” in which he co-starred with Will Smith, “The Hangover Part III,” “The Forger,” “The Scorpion King,” “Homeland,” “Hollywood Cop,” “The Men’s Club,” “The Algerian,” Blindside,” and a few more. He also played the role of Abu Omar in “Homeland” and one of the main roles in “The Forger.” Zuhair Haddad is a man who loves his job and does everything with great dedication. He has begun to build a name for himself as an Arabic cast member on several American TV shows such as Homeland, The Blacklist, Intelligence and Scorpion. He was one of the main cast members on The Foreigner, made by Strike Back’s Michael J. Bassett and NBC’s TV series “The Blacklist.”
Zuhair Haddad Biography
He was born in Beirut and spent his childhood in Lebanon and Brazil. He moved to the United States at the age of 12, where he settled in California with his family. Soon after, he began acting at a young age and has continued ever since. Haddad studied theater for four years at The Joanne Baron / D.W. Brown Studio, which emphasizes the work of Sanford Meisner and is located in Santa Monica, California. He also took additional courses at Stella Adler Studio of Acting, founded by Tina and Max Arnow and based on the teachings of Stanislavski and Maria Ouspenskaya. As for his voice acting career, Haddad studied with Daws Butler at his home in Los Angeles during his childhood.
