Katarina Cas is a famous Slovenian actress who began a journey in the entertainment arena appearing on a television commercial for Cockta.Her first appearance on television was a 1988 commercial for the Slovene soft drink company carbonated Cockta, directed by Jaka Judnič. Her first movie was the 1989 Slovene youth film Peklenski načrt (The Infernal Plan). She started to appear on TV more often from 1997, as a host of music program for younger generations called Atlantis which was broadcast on Kanal A. Career: Katarina Čas landed her first acting role at the age of thirteen in the Slovenian TV movie Hell’s Plan (“Peklenski načrt”). After appearing in several TV series she landed her first significant role in the black comedy The Guard — an international, multi-award-winning feature by Irish director John M. McDonagh. This led Katarina to new opportunities including a role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street with Leonardo DiCaprio, a role in Danny Collins with Al Pacino, a lead role in Scottish short film Liam and Lenka, and roles in the series A Touch of Cloth, New Tricks, Death in Paradise, Silent Witness, and series regular role in Love lies and records. Katarina is also part of neo noir thriller Terminal by Vaughn Stein with Margot Robbie, Simon Pegg and Mike Myers in the lead role.
