Dimpal Bhal was born on February 14, 1993, in New Delhi, India. She went to school at Sahodaya School in Hauz Khas, New Delhi until she was 12 years old when she was diagnosed with Cancer Osteoblastoma, a severe bone disease that made her bones brittle. However, after a few treatments, she rapidly overcame the illness without any detrimental side effects. She enrolled at Jesus and Mary College, a University of Delhi-approved institution, to pursue her higher education. After graduation, she moved with her family to Kochi, Kerala, where her mother’s ancestors hailed from Erattayar in Kattappana in Idukki.

Dimpal Bhal is an Indian child psychologist, fashion stylist, entrepreneur, and model who became known as a contestant on Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3.
