Al Coronel has always been surrounded by the entertainment industry but did not pursue his dream of being a performer until later in life. Prior to his acting career, Coronel was a world-recognized dancer in the world of Salsa, traveling extensively to teach and perform at Salsa festivals and events around the globe. His landed his first film role in Johnny Depp’s, Blow as a salsa dancer, which set off his career as a full-time working actor. Al can be seen on the highly anticipated 2020 season 3 of HBO’s hit series, Westworld and on Season 3 of TNT’s hit drama “The Last Ship,” which debuted on June 12, 2016. He has a six episode arc in the drama alongside Eric Dane and Mark Moses.
