He was born on July 9, 1987 in Washington D.C. Prior to joining CRFB, Adam interned at the Office of Management and Budget during the summer of 2011. He has also done research for the Truman National Security Project and Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University, where he earned a B.A. (2011) and studied International Affairs and Economics with minors in Music Performance and Journalism. He later received his Masters (2020) from the same university studying Public Policy. Adam is the son of Robert M. Rosenberg who was born on 10 February 1951, and Rachel Rosenberg née Levine who was born on 15 January 1954. He has a sister, Jesse Rosenberg (born circa 1987).
