However, she discovered that her body was not well made for boxing, and after much thought, she decided to become a boxer. But there was no place for women boxers in their destination. In 2017, after finishing her college education, her ambition came true when she enrolled in the boxing training program in Kerala’s village of Vatakara. After a few months, her coach suggested that she join the powerlifting training program rather than boxing.
She always pushes forward until she has achieved her objective, and in under 14 days of training, was so ready to compete in the District Powerlifting tournament that she competed in Kozhikode District Powerlifting Championship. Later, she took part in numerous competitions such as National and State level championships and won several honors including the Strong Women of Kerala 2017, National Classic Powerlifting Championship 2017, and World Cup (which was held in Moscow in 2018). She was a participant in the Malayalam game show Bigg Boss 3, which was hosted by Mohanlal in 2021.
