Divya Binu – Divya Binu, also known as Divya Vishwanath, is a Tamil and Malayalam film and television actress. She is well-known among the Malayali population as Divya of Sthreedhanam, the longest-running serial on Malayalam TV.
She was chosen by her instructors to play the main role in a telefilm titled Anakha, which was produced by the college’s newly created theater club while she was studying for her graduation at NSS College, Changanacherry. In early 2006, the telefilm was broadcast on Asianet on Valentine’s Day. Biju Varkey, who has directed films such as Phantom, discovered her and asked her to appear in a non-commercial movie titled Chandranilekkulla Vazhi. In the film, she played a village girl from a pulluva community. She was also featured in Indrajith, a Malayalam feature film.
Divya Binu Biography
She made her Tamil film debut in the 2011 drama Puli Vesham, which was directed by renowned director P. Vasu, for which she was instructed to change her name to Divya Binu and add her mother’s maiden name to hers. She then appeared in a few more Tamil films, notably Ilaiyaraaja’s Ayyan and Vilayada Vaa, which dealt with carrom.
