Chirag was born on 31st October 1983 in the city of Khagaria, Bihar. He did his schooling at the National Institute Of Open Schooling, Govt. Of India, New Delhi, Swayatshasi Institute in 2003. He completed his graduation from Computer Science Engineering from the Institute Of Engineering and Technology, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He made his debut through the film “Miley Na Miley Hum” in 2011 but the movie did not succeed at the Box Office and therefore, Chirag decided to enter into Politics.
